- Knowledgeable of the factors that contribute to value of Real Property
- 10 Years associated with The Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors
- Though not originally from Oklahoma, he has spent most of his adult life, over 34 years, living in Tulsa County
- Now in the 12th year of service as part of the Tulsa County Assessor’s Executive Staff, currently serving as the elected Assessor
- This recent experience means he knows the personnel, policies, programs and recent initiatives of the office
- Well versed in the three accepted approaches to value
